To shop at Swaycout, you simply need to follow these steps:

  • Search for your favorite products
  • Choose the necessary options (size, color, style, etc.)
  • Add to cart
  • Apply coupon (if any)
  • Proceed to fill in information for the order (billing address, shipping address,..)
  • Pay securely with debit and credit cards through Stripe
  • Receive and check your order confirmation email

We accept payments via Stripe including Visa, Mastercard , American Express, Discover, JCB. Other payment types will not be accepted.

Payments at Swaycout are protected and very safe for shopping with trusted website SSL certificates.

After completing the order production period, the package will be delivered to the carrier and the order tracking will be activated. Please refer to Shipping & Delivery for more detailed production times for each item.

After making a purchase, your order is received and will be in the queue for processing. You have 24 hours to cancel or change your order (size, color, quantity, delivery address). After this timeframe, your order will go into production and we will not be able to make changes to your order.

You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay us.

Refund policy is run by Stripe, we will issue a refund to you and you will receive it in your account within 5 – 10 days. Please refer to Stripe’s policy on receiving refunds.
