Refund, Return & Exchange

By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that the goods are bespoke and manufactured specifically for you, and that they are custom-made goods and are only produced after your purchase has been made. performed and confirmed. Before you make a purchase, the purchased goods do not exist.

Besides, we have announced the order cancellation/order change policy on the “Cancellation & Change Order” page. You have the right to cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of successful order. Once an order has entered the production and delivery stage, we do not accept order cancellations when you no longer want to buy.

RETURN POLICY

Within 15 days from receipt of goods (tracking status is reported as delivered). You have the right to request a return if the product received is in the following cases:

  • Goods received are damaged, or damaged due to transportation
  • There are visible imperfections with the print
  • The product is not the correct size compared to the product’s size chart
  • The product is the wrong color compared to the order
  • The product does not match the design of the order
  • The item has the wrong style (for example, a long-sleeved shirt instead of a t-shirt) compared to the order

RETURN PROCEDURES

If the goods delivered to you fall into one of the above criteria, please follow the steps below to request a return:

You must submit a return request within 15 days of receiving the item.

After 15 days have passed, you acknowledge that your right of return is deemed forfeited.

When the goods received have the errors we have listed above. You need to send a return request to us via email: [email protected]. And must include the following information: Order number, Image of damage/error of the order, Shipping Label of the order.

Shipping costs to return your order will be at your expense. Orders must be packed in a nylon bag or any other type of bag/box with the order code inside.

EXCHANGE

When the product you receive has the errors we have listed above, you can also request to exchange a new package to replace the problematic items.

Please contact us with your new exchange request via email: [email protected] and once we confirm it is valid, new packages will be sent to replace the defective items in the order.

There will be no charge for shipping the replacement package. We will be responsible for shipping costs.

You will have to wait a few days for the new package and you can also choose not to send the defective package/product back to us.

Refunds may be full or partial depending on how damaged or misprinted your order was. We only refund according to the extent and quantity of damaged products in the order

Method of receiving refund

You will be refunded to the payment account you used to pay for your order.

Refund policy is run by Stripe, we will issue a refund to you and you will receive it in your account within 5 – 7 days. Please refer to Stripe’s policy on receiving refunds.
