Refund, Return & Exchange
1. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Applicable to: All products in all product categories currently sold on Swaycout.com
2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Goods eligible for return must be intact: Returned products must be new, unused, with original labels, not dirty, not washed or used for other purposes.
Product condition: New
The amount of time a customer has to return a product: 15 Days
Valid cases for return:
- The product is not the same as the description on the website.
- The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer.
- Wrong product delivered.
- The quantity or size is not as ordered.
- Goods damaged/broken/torn/dented during transportation
Note: Swaycout do not accept returns in cases where the product is not defective but the buyer changes his mind about the purchase.
3. RETURN PROCESS
Step 1: Customers contact customer service via email at [email protected] or send information via the form on the Contact Us page to provide complete order information and return request.
Step 2: Swaycout will receive and process the request. This process will take 1 to 2 days to verify.
Step 3: If the customer’s case is valid, the customer service department will guide the customer on how to return/exchange/refund the order.
4. RETURN/EXCHANGE METHOD
Return at warehouse: Customers will be instructed to return the package to the warehouse address: 2212 Linda Flora Dr, Los Angeles CA 90077
Refund processing time: The amount of time it takes for the customer to receive a refund is 5 days
Restocking fee: No Cost
Exchange: Customers can choose to exchange for another product of equivalent value or pay more if they decide to exchange for another product of higher value.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
In case the return/refund request is valid, the shipping cost for the return/exchange is the responsibility of Swaycout. Customers will not be charged any fees if the return/exchange is valid.
6. EXCEPTIONS
Used products: No refunds or exchanges.
