PROCESSING TIME

How long does it take to receive the goods after placing the order?

All of our products are created to order. That means when we receive your order, it will go through stages including: Order in queue, order production stage, and delivery to the customer.

Order in queue

As soon as your payment is successful and we confirm your order via email, it will be placed in our queue for 24 hours before entering production. During these 24 hours, you can change order details (change size, color, quantity, delivery address, etc.) or cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Production time

It usually takes about 2-4 business days to complete your product, depending on the type of product ordered.

DELIVERY TIME

After the order has been produced, we will hand over the package to the carrier. Depending on the product and delivery area, we will connect with carriers such as USPS, DHL, and UPS to deliver packages to customers.

Estimated delivery time is from 3 to 7 business days depending on the type of product. (Some cases of storms, floods, and natural disasters that disrupt traffic will prolong delivery time by a few days)

Note: International orders will take longer to deliver than within the US about 5-7 days depending on the area.

All our shipments are provided with a tracking link. We will send you your order via email so you can track and receive your order.

Orders are typically shipped by: USPS, UPS and DHL

Shipping costs vary depending on the shipping destination and the number of items you purchase. This is the shipping price for the entire order, regardless of the number of items in the order.

  • United States & Europe flat rate: $5
  • International flat rate: $9

Note: We offer free shipping for orders over $100

Can I send an order to multiple addresses?

We only offer single destination shipping. If you would like shipping to multiple locations, please place separate orders with separate addresses.

Can I ship to a PO box?

You can have your order delivered to PO boxes.

TAX & CUSTOMS FEES

Will I have to pay any tax?

We do not charge any taxes on international shipping. All taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

VAT fees may vary by country. For orders outside the United States, we recommend that you contact your local customs officer for more information.
